Phenology and yield response of wheat varieties as influenced by sowing dates at gonde and ardayita seed production farm, Ethiopia

Wheat is one of Ethiopia's main foods, contributing to daily caloric consumption. Due environmental conditions such as distribution and length the rainy season shifting from time elsewhere, particularly at Gode Ardayita seed production farm, sowing timing varietal selection are key factors for low yield wheat crop. This Experiment was designed in a randomized complete block design with three-replications which contain four dates, ranging June 17 July 18 ten-day intervals, varieties namely Kingbird, Hidase, Picaflor, Ogolcho combined form 16 treatments. According result, on days heading, there significant interaction effect variety location highest number (70.42) obtained Kingbird variety.
